    Results to be achieved:

    • Gathered specific information about possible type, amount of financing, and other important factors influence on project idea. 
    • Company’s development project ideas are aligned with EU SF set guidelines.

    Optional work content:

    • Company’s sector/market segment research.
    • Setting company’s eligibility towards applicants’ evaluation criteria.
    • Research of company’s development projects ideas in relation with EU SF focus both in Latvia, and Europe.
    • Company’s development project ideas creating in accordance with potentially possible EU SF support.

    Execution duration:

    • Two to ten work days.

     

  • EU SF projects preparation and control

    Results to be achieved:

    • Prepared and designed application form according to EU SF regulatory legal provisions and other demands for the application in accordance with customer’s project idea.
    • Project control and its realisation in time. Final report preparation that meets the EU SF regulatory legal provisions, and other demands.

    Optional work content:

    • Project idea confirmation and adaption to EU SF set guidelines.
    • Researching company’s eligibility criteria.
    • Collecting necessary information and documents for project application form.
    • Project preparation according to EU SF regulatory legal provisions and Cabinet of Minister’s regulations.
    • When project is accepted we inform client about procedures during project implementation period.
    • Project realisation co-ordination with all parties involved.
    • When project is finished, final report which is developed according to EU SF regulatory legal provisions.

    Execution duration:

    • Project application preparation – up to 6 weeks.
    • Final report preparation – up to 10 days. 
  • Evaluate level of company sales or client servicing using “hidden purchasers” method

    Results to be achieved:               

    • Sales or client servicing department employees skills, knowledge or attitude evaluation.
    • Evaluation of previously conducted training programs or other change program real influence and results.
    • Recommendation plan for improving employees skills or system.

    Optional work content:

    • Negotiation with company responsible employees to define evaluation criteria, as well as to set target group for evaluation.
    • Evaluation survey creation and confirmation.
    • Company sales staff’s skills, knowledge on products and procedures evaluation.
    • Reports and recommendation preparation for improving previously mentioned processes.
