Results to be achieved:
- After finishing interviews there are selected 3 – 5 final candidates for a certain position.
- Information about structure of individual motivation and recommendations for its usage in motivation for each final candidate.
Optional work content:
- Getting to know client enterprise specifications.
- Creating position profile (job description, necessary competences and profile of person).
- Acknowledging clients tangible and intangible motivation system.
- Initial market research about finding potential candidates and level of payments eligibility to the offer.
- Inviting most suitable candidates to interview and interview itself.
- Presenting final candidate (-s) to client.
- Four to five weeks.
