Results to be achieved:

  • After finishing interviews there are selected 3 – 5 final candidates for a certain position.
  • Information about structure of individual motivation and recommendations for its usage in motivation for each final candidate.

Optional work content:

  • Getting to know client enterprise specifications.
  • Creating position profile (job description, necessary competences and profile of person).
  • Acknowledging clients tangible and intangible motivation system.
  • Initial market research about finding potential candidates and level of payments eligibility to the offer.
  • Inviting most suitable candidates to interview and interview itself.
  • Presenting final candidate (-s) to client.

Execution duration:

  • Four to five weeks.
