Personnel selection with a help of advertisement


Results to be achieved:

  • After finishing interviews there are selected 3 – 5 final candidates for a certain position.

Optional work content:

  • Creating position profile (job description, necessary competences and profile of person).
  • Creating advertisement and its publishing.
  • CV analysis and evaluation.
  • Interviewing candidates.
  • Testing candidates.
  • Checking recommendations for candidates.
  • Presenting final candidates for client.

Execution duration:

  • Two to three weeks not including the time of publishing an advertisement.
